Our logo symbolises the three elements of our business …..and
the three main elements of the change process.
The
oval …symbolises the solid foundations of the past.
It also symbolises that a solid plan for the change process
is needed. This plan provides the guide or leadership needed
to appropriately move through the planned change process.
So the key element of this step is to create a
vision for what the future will hold – and to plan the change
management.
The
broken line and arrow head ….symbolises the change
process itself. Those involved in the change process often
need guidance and support –and the process itself
needs some facilitation. An element of skills change may
also be needed. Emotional support may be needed.
The
sun …is always associated with the dawning
of a new era – in an organisation, an industry, or
in a business. A strong element of management
is often needed – or an outsider to look
in and guide the management that is now part
of the future...a part of the new era.
